Früh Morgens ist Zeit für Gymnastik. Auch wenn ich erst um 08.30h einige Bilder gemacht habe, so bin ich sicher, dass hier schon viel früher reger Betrieb war im Huashan Greenland in Shanghai.

Early in the morning it's time for fitness. It was 8.30 am when I took These Pictures, but I'm sure there were many people much erlier in the Huashan Greenland in Shanghai.
Die Lautstärke der Musik wird angezeigt und sollte wohl unter 50dB bleiben. Im Huashan Greenland gibt es auch eine Tartanbahn für's Walking - das ist sehr angenehm. Übrigens der kleine Hund blieb sicher 30 Minuten regungslos sitzen.

The music should remain below 50dB and it's Level can be seen on the display. There is a tartan-trail in the uashan Greenland - it's very comfortable for Walking. Btw. the small dog kept it's place for at least 30 minutes without moving.
Wushu gibt hier gratis :). Ein Schwert ist nicht Voraussetzung ein Schirm tut's auch. ---- Here Wushu is for free :). No Need for a sword, an umbrella works fine.
Im Huashan Greenland gibt es auch eine Tartanbahn für's Walking - das ist sehr angenehm. Die Länge ist 300m.
