Der Milford Sound ist ein Fjord, das spezielle an diesem Fjord sind die Berge, Wasserfälle und auch dass man den Fjord vom Meer her kaum bemerkt. So ist Kaptain Cook daran vorbei gesegelt.

Milford Sound is a Fjord, very Special about it are the mountains, the waterfalls and the Fjord can hardly been seen from the sea. So catain Cook passed sailing without recognizing it.
Zwei Tips: wenn möglich auf schönes Wetter warten und auf jeden Fall selber von Te Anau nach Milford Sound fahren - es gibt so viele schöne Ort zum Anhalten die man mit dem Bus leider auslassen
muss.

Two hints: if possible wait for good weather and drive from Te Anau your self to Milford Sound. There are so many beautiful places to stop, by bus many must be left out.
