Es wird heiss in
Shanghai (35°+) ab in den Norden, Koffer packen. Die Stadt Qingdao ist bekannt für die Austragung der Segelwettbewerbe der Qlympiade 2008. Aber Insider wissen natürlich, dass Tsingdao steht für
das chinesische Bier mit deutscher Braukunst. In der Nähe von Qingdao liegt Laoshan ‚alte Berge‘ auch am Meer und deren buddistische Tempel.
Doch zunächst gings in der Stadt entlang dem Meer zum Zhanqiao Steg. Unterwegs
gab’s immer wieder etwas sehenswertes.

Shanghai is heating up (35°+) time to leave fort he north. Qingdao is well know for the sailing contest of the Olympic games of 2008. But of course insider know it’s the town of tsinbngdao beer,
brewn by german brewing art. Close to Qingdao are the Laoshan ‘old mountains’ besides the sea,with it’s buddism temples.
But for the start we went for a walk along the sea to the Zhangqiao pier. On the way there were lots of remarkable spots.
Ein Besuch im Tsingdao Biermuseum gehört genauso zum Programm wie ein Essen in der Bierstrasse.

A visit to the Tsingdao beer Museum is a must as well as having a dinner in the beer street.
Auf dem Weg zum Laoshan liegt das Olympische Trainingszentrum für den Segelsport. Und dort haben wir unerwarteter Weise den Nullpunkt für die Messung der Meereshöhe gesehen. Allein dies war ein
Besuch wert!!

On the way to Laoshan is the olympic training center für sailing sports. There we have seen the absolute Zero point für measuring the sealevel. This by itself is werth a visit to this site!
Mit einer Seilbahn
geht‘s von Meereshöhe auf rund 1000m.ü.M. Von da aus weiter zu Fuss. Ein steiler Weg führt über Treppen und durch eine Höhle (Tunnel) hinauf zu den Aussichtspunkten. Da ober bietet sich ein
herrlicher Ausblick hinunter aufs Meer und auch auf die einmaligen Felsformationen des Laoshan.

A cablecar took us from sealevel up to 1000m
altitude. A track winding up by
stairs and a cave (tunnel) brought us up to the viewing spots. Up there the view down to the sea and to rockformations of Laoshan.
Auf dem Rückweg von
Laoshan nach Qingdao haben wir beim Palast de Gelehrten LaoZhi halt gemacht. LaoZhi wurde bekannt durch die Theseon JIng/Jang, es lebte
rund 400Jahre vor Konfuzius. Der Palast liegt an einer schönen Bucht am Meer.

On the way back from Laoshan to Qingdao we stopped at the palace of LaoZhi. LaoZhi introduced the principle ofJ ing/Jang, he lifed approx.. 400 years earlier then Confucius. The palace is located
in a beautiful bay on the seaside.
